<\/p>\nThis past May 28th, we met at the Huntington Atrium where a new vending machine was being serviced.<\/p>\n
As a developer, I would like to offer my congratulations on a job well done.<\/p>\n
The vending machine is on an electrical feed which powers off at night and back on the next morning, so I did observe the initialization of the Android application and power-up sequence. I also purchased a strawberry beverage which was very good!<\/p>\n
I believe there are a few opportunities we can work on together and bring a positive experience to the customer.<\/p>\n
XCaliber Networks (www.xcaliber.network) provides subscribers with the option of paying via PayPal, Venmo, Bank Card and Cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n

This functionality would be incorporated with a new Android Mobile App which would present a menu from a cluster of nearby vending machines. The customer selects a combination of beverage, snack pack, sandwich, personal pizza, lunch specials, etc. and initiates the payment.<\/p>\n
The customer approaches each vending machine and presents a QR Code to complete the order and receive the items.<\/p>\n
The customer can also purchase items as gifts for another member.<\/p>\n
These purchases are recorded in Block Chains and analyzed using A\/I to assist in optimizing product location and popularity.<\/p>\n
XCaliber has an application called “Pass-It-On” which depicts how this is analysis is performed and could also be incorporated into the new app.<\/p>\n
The system also rewards customers who pass along the new app.<\/p>\n
Watch the video: Pass-It-On<\/a><\/p>\n ========================================================================================<\/p>\n XCaliber also develops IoT devices using our IoT\/MOS\/VIO operating system.<\/p>\n An IoT monitor installed in a vending machine would provide environmental reporting for internal conditions such as spillage, smoke detection, jams, and power consumption; and external conditions such as the equipment being moved, tampered with, or power outages.<\/p>\n ========================================================================================<\/p>\n Part of our discussion indicated these vending machines are deployed in airports.<\/p>\n XCaliber has an application called “No-Lost-Luggage” which could be deployed using a vending machine.<\/p>\n The application prints luggage tags with a QR Code\u00a0 for tracking and locating baggage.<\/p>\n This seems like a natural fit – a vending machine dispensing luggage tags.<\/p>\n Watch the video:\u00a0No-Lost-Luggage<\/a><\/p>\n ==========================================================================================<\/p>\n XCaliber also provides programming of robotics, which is clearly an emerging market.<\/p>\n Sophistication and Precision = Repeat Customer<\/a><\/p>\n =========================================================================================<\/p>\n I would certainly work with your technical team to integrate these services and can begin on these projects whenever you are ready.<\/p>\n I like to develop these types of programs incrementally, this way we establish connectivity right away, then implement and test one function\/feature at a time. In addition, the program will invoke the XCaliber Application Supervisor (XAS) for Android to monitor any error conditions.
